Anyone, Anywhere. While the program aims to help people suffering from insulin-resistance related disorders, (Diabetes, BP, Obesity, PCOD/S, etc.) anyone keen to get healthy naturally will benefit from the program, and since sessions are online so distance is no problem.
There is no age bar. The workouts are minimal but your commitment must be total. Consistency is key. While the exercises are suitable for all ages, the Challenge involves diet and stress release as well as exercises, so everyone will benefit.
If you’re on medication, you should keep your doctor informed about any changes you may experience. If you are a diabetic, or suffer from any chronic condition, you must monitor your markets daily and report any change to your doctor in the event that you need some change in medication.
